洪波，号出海堂主，旅美画家。中国画学会理事，中国美术家协会会员，美国加州大学客座教授,中国美术学院上海设计学院客座教授，上海电影艺术学院客座教授；美国东方文化联谊会副会长，美国真如堂、艺研雅集艺术顾问，述古堂美术馆客座画家。画风清新浑厚，气韵生动，作品多次发表在《美术》、《国画家》、《美术观察》、《荣宝斋》、《中国书画》、《华人》等报刊杂志，其艺术成就获美国政府多项嘉奖，践行“用中国画画美国山水”得到学界关注，作品为美国亚太博物馆、汉庭顿图书馆、加州大学、中国华侨历史博物馆等中外许多学术单位，美术机构所收藏。

Mr. Hong Bo, also known as Chu Hai Tang Zhu, and now resident of the United States of America. Mr. Hong is the director of Chinese Painting institute, member of China Artists Association, guest professor of University of California, USA; as well as consultant of two American art institutes - Genuine Fine Art Gallery and Yi Yan Society. His art is known for its fresh and vigorous style. Hong Bo\'s works have been published in “Fine Arts”, “The painter”, “Art Observation”, “Rong Bao Zhai”, “Chinese Painting and Calligraphy”, “The Chinese”, and many other newspapers and magazines. Hong Bo received numerous commendations from government of the United States. His “ American Landscapes in Chinese Brush Painting” concept and related works have drawn attention from the academic world. Mr. Hong bo\'s art works have been collected by academic or artistic institutions such as United States Pacific Asia Museum, Huntington Library, University of California, Overseas Chinese History Museum of China.
