闫平，女，1956年6月出生于山东省济南市。1979年，考入山东艺术学院，83年毕业留校。1989年考入中央美院油画创作研修班。现为中国人民大学徐悲鸿艺术学院教授。在中国美术馆参加“全国第一届油画展”、“93中国油画年展”获得银奖、“中国油画双年展”获提名奖，在美国参加过“中国现代艺术展”等。作品《矿大嫂》参加“全国第六届美展”获优秀奖，被中国美术馆收藏。 ^_^ Yan Ping,female,born in June 1956 in Jinan,shandong.
