张国平，1955年1月生。1972年入伍，中校副团军衔。1982年毕业于西南师范学院美术系，获学士学位。1993年就职于四川省美术家协会、四川美术馆。历任副秘书长，副馆长，常务副主席兼秘书长，馆长。现为中国美术家协会理事，中国油画学会理事，四川省美协副主席，国家一级美术师。ZHANG GUOPINGHe was born in January 1955.He joined the army in 1972, entitled with militaryrank of Lieutenant Colonel of deputy regiment.He was graduated from Department of Fine Arts ofSouthwest University in 1982 and won bachelor'sdegree.He worked in Sichuan Artists Association andSichuan Art Museum in 1993, once serving asdeputy secretary general, vice-curator, secretarygeneral,standing vice-chairman and curator.Now he is a director of China Artists Association,director of China Oil Painting Association, vicechairmanof Sichuan Artists Association andnational first-class artist.
