All the original information related to artworks on the certificate is provided by applicants who authorize
China Artworks Authentication Center to conduct a technical filing and issue relevant filing certificate.
The filing certificate works as the only way to lock artworks.
If making up a story, concealing the fact, providing any false materials or using the certificate
inappropriately,the performer, instead of authenticate organization, shall take the legal consequence and
bear financial responsibility.
